Central is an ODU sub domain that hosts all the forms that are required for
each department in the university. It is a central hub that the students,
faculty and staff can access and search for the forms they need based on
criteria including department relevance or name. o Used
Structured programing methods to develop two interfaces first there is the
form creation process which uses java script and PHP to create the web or PDF
forms. This Application is used by departments to create their own forms or upload
forms that are not currently in the database. o The form
application also has a work-flow system that was designed and implemented
from scratch by me. This feature adds extensive work-flow capability to the
forms created enabling them to go through an approval and revision process. o Forms
search which is the front end and is accessed by the users to locate the
forms they need. -
